1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flood’s Well Drilling Ltd website (www.floodswelldrilling.ie) and any related services offered by Flood’s Well Drilling Ltd, whose registered office is Tominearly Lane, Clonroche, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Ireland. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

Flood’s Well Drilling Ltd provides well drilling, water pumps, filtration and treatment services, geothermal drilling, and grant assistance in south-east Ireland. All services are subject to availability and suitability assessment following a site survey and/or consultation.

3. Quotations and Payment

Quotations provided for works are valid for thirty (30) days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be specified in your contract or invoice; deposits may be required for certain works. All payments must be made in Euro (€) unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation and Amendments

If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, please notify Flood’s Well Drilling Ltd as soon as possible. Cancellations within a reasonable period may incur a fee to cover costs already incurred.

5. Liability

Flood’s Well Drilling Ltd will carry out works with due care and skill and in accordance with industry standards. We hold full insurance and operate with C2 and Safe Pass certifications. We are not liable for losses arising from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, adverse ground conditions not apparent in surveys, or third-party interference.

6. Website Content

All website content, including images, text, and downloadable materials, is provided for general information only. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of information, Flood’s Well Drilling Ltd does not warrant or guarantee absolute accuracy and reserves the right to alter or remove content at any time.
